Sudharsanan Ganapathy is the Managing Partner & CEO of SGI Collective, a venture building company manufacturing ideas, experimenting with ideas by taking them to market, and rolling them out as independent companies, if there is an idea-market fit.
Sudharsanan Ganapathy has helped hundreds of entrepreneurs and executives achieve alignment with themselves and help with self discovery from his experience helping them build their personal brands. He has been active in coaching and mentoring entrepreneurs and senior executives through his mastermind and his workshops.
Sudharsanan runs a mastermind called 'The Becoming Mastermind', a community that helps entrepreneurs, professionals and senior executives become their highest performing and highest accountable selves.
My Story
I was born in a little village with only 200 houses, in the middle of nowhere near a place called Tuticorin, India. My parents moved to Chennai, India, a big city when I was only 11 months old looking to build me a good foundation. From age 1, I spent almost my entire waking day in my parents' tailoring and export shop.
My dad passed away in 1997, when I was 6 years old. My life took a 180 degree turn. My mom had to work odd jobs just to keep our lights on. Though we struggled to meet our ends, the hustle stayed a common denominator.
From childhood I had severe stammering and growing up it kept getting worse. Luckily, I was able to overcome it by working on myself. I was introduced to a method called identity shifting by my mentor when I was 26. A shortcoming that was with me since birth for 26 years of my life, left me and my life changed.
Since then, I have spoken in over 200 stages across 3 countries and have been sharing what I have to the world and helping people go through an identity shift themselves and be a voice that they deserve to be.
In the past 5 years, I have
- worked with 500+ entrepreneurs in helping them tell their stories
- coached 100+ entrepreneurs and executives in personal transformation
I believe we all have a story to tell to the world and we deserve to be known. When you do it, you subconsciously give others permission to do it too. This alone can inspire someone else to grow and tell their story. This is a ripple effect. I just want to be the center of the ripple.
I am on a mission to put a million personal brands on the world map, so we leave the world a tad bit more empowered than we found it.
